Service terms of the heard space

Each session lasts 50-60 minutes and the entire duration is dedicated to you, regardless of attendance.  

If you arrive late, your counsellor or practitioner will see you for the remaining time. 

Payment can be made via bank transfer prior to the appointment, or by cash or credit card on the day of the session. Please note that fees are reviewed and may be adjusted annually.

A cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full fee. If you miss or cancel two consecutive sessions without contacting us, we will assume you are unable to continue and will withdraw your spot in the therapeutic program.

Should I, as the counsellor or practitioner, need to cancel your session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative arrangement.

Please note that I will not conduct sessions if you are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
